William Cipriani graduated from West Virginia University in 1980 with a B.S. in Journalism and received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 1983. He has over 30 years of experience serving clients throughout northern West Virginia. He has served as the City Attorney for the City of Wellsburg since 2006 and also serves as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Brooke County. In 2013, Bill was appointed by Governor Earl Ray Tomblin to the West Virginia Parkways Authority Board.
