William E. Niffen II began practicing in 1992. He graduated from UMKC where he earned the highest student trial advocacy honor: the Thomas E. Deacey Memorial Trial Practice Award. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. Bill has taught classes for attorneys.
