William F. Tri

William (Bill) F. Tri has lived most of his life in the Everett, Washington area. Bill graduated from Cascade High School in Everett in 1974. He went on to graduate from Western Washington University (BA-Political Science) where he was also a member of the varsity football, basketball and track teams. Bill received his law degree from Seattle University in 1984, graduating with honors (cum laude) and was a member of the Law Review.
