William I. Barkan

Bill Barkan attended the University of Toledo and graduated from the University of Michigan receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1951. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1955 where he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi. He was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1955. He is also a Certified Public Accountant--inactive.
