William J. Davis, an East Liverpool native, graduated from the Ohio State University School of Law in 1973. He is a certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1986, recognized by the American Bar Association, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Lawyer Specialization.
