William J. Davis, an East Liverpool native, graduated from the Ohio State University School of Law in 1973. He is a certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1986, recognized by the American Bar Association, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Lawyer Specialization. He is a member of State Trial Lawyers Associations in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and has served as President of the Columbiana County Bar Association, a Trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a Governor of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death claims, including complex litigation. He has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers list as one of Ohio’s top-rated personal injury lawyers from 2005-2024 and has received AV-peer ratings from Martindale-Hubbell.
