About William
William J. Hallett is an attorney focusing on civil litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall injuries, construction accidents, and insurance disputes. He has successfully resolved matters through trial, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Journalism from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is active in the legal community, presenting through the Erie County Bar Association, guest lecturing, and peer-editing. He is a member of the Inns of Court, Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, Erie County Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
