About William
William J. Shipers is a founding and senior partner. He earned a dual Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers (1981) and graduated with honors from New York Law School (1984). He received an American Jurisprudence Award in 1984 and was appointed to the Criminal Practice Committee of the Superior Court of New Jersey in 1990. His practice areas include serious personal injury, criminal defense, municipal law, appellate, real estate, and land use. He has been involved in land development and served as Chairman of the Belmar Harbor Commission.
