About William
Attorney Bill Smith represents clients in matters involving contract negotiations and disputes, unpaid commissions, business torts, and select employment law cases. Bill also represents clients in a wide range of personal injury cases and civil rights abuses involving serious bodily injury or death. Bill has successfully litigated and tried cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the state of Georgia. Bill has obtained numerous settlements and judgments for his clients, including several millions of dollars in a wrongful death action that at least a dozen law firms had turned down. Bill is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership is limited to those attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
