William J. Toulouse

William J. Toulouse is originally from Emmons, Minnesota and was a member of the last graduating class from Emmons High School in 1990. Bill was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1998, joined Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. in 1999 as an Associate Attorney, and has been a Partner and Shareholder of Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. since January 2001. Bill is an active member of the Southwest Minnesota State University Mustang Boosters, Knights of Columbus Council 1621, and Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
