Attorney William M. Slaughter is the founding partner of the firm. A trial attorney for 40 years, his practice focuses on commercial and real estate litigation, complex insurance defense cases (including insurance bad faith, personal injury, habitability and mold cases). He has arbitrated and tried dozens of cases to conclusion. Attorney Slaughter serves as a judge pro tem and provides mediation services on a private basis.
