About William
William (“Bill”) Nossen is an Associate in Kalfus & Nachman PC’s personal injury, pre-litigation department. He previously defended State Farm, GEICO, and USAA insureds in automobile accident litigation for almost 4 years. His legal career began as an Assistant Prosecutor in New Jersey, where he tried over 30 criminal matters, including a successful 1st Degree Murder conviction. He then practiced criminal defense and served as in-house counsel for the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association. Bill gained admission to the Virginia Bar in 2015 and continued prosecuting cases in Portsmouth and Hampton. With over 25 years of legal practice, he is dedicated to zealously and ethically pursuing justice. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, and is active in his Synagogue, Congregation Beth El in Norfolk.
