William P. Weininger

About William

Bill Weininger, a graduate of Duke University School of Law, began his legal career as a homicide prosecutor in Kings County, New York, before transitioning to civil litigation. With a track record of successfully trying cases across New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley, he counts his successful appeal to the United States Supreme Court in Klayminc v. United States as a career milestone. In 2012, he merged his practice with Beldock & Saunders, P.C., where he now serves as counsel, handling complex litigation matters.
