William R. “Billy” Phillippi

William R. Phillippi III, or ‘Billy’ as he is known to his friends, grew up in Wilcox County Alabama, just outside the town of Camden. Billy graduated from Auburn University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. He graduated from the Thomas G. Jones School of Law at Faulkner University in 2016, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar the same year. Now practicing in the firm founded by his grandfather, Wyman Gilmore, Sr., Billy and the members of Gilmore Law Firm strive to carry on Wyman Sr.’s legacy of protecting the people of Southwest Alabama, by giving them a voice.
