William R. Higgins, also known as Bill Higgins, is the founder of Higgins Law P.C. He has been practicing law for over four decades in Claremore, Oklahoma, and surrounding counties. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 1974. His experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney, town attorney, and city prosecutor for various Oklahoma municipalities. He is a member of several bar associations, including the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts and the Cherokee Nation Tribal Court. He is actively involved in the Claremore community, having served on numerous boards and coached youth sports.
