William R. Van Order

William R. Van Order was born in Michigan. He moved at a young age with his family to Southern California in the early 1960s and grew up in Orange County. He graduated from Katella High School in Anaheim and went on to attend Carroll College in Helena, MT where he graduated Cum Laude earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science in 1982. In 1985 William Van Order graduated and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Whittier College School of Law.
