William V. Cummings

William V. “Bill” Cummings is a lifelong resident of Spartanburg County, and is a product of the Spartanburg County School System. He attended Clemson University, graduating in 1969 with a degree in Industrial Management. He then matriculated to the University of South Carolina School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1972.
