Winston Loftus

Winston W. Loftus was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. From an early age, he developed a strong interest in the political and legal systems, which continues to shape his academic and professional aspirations. Winston is currently a junior at the University of Oregon, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Philosophy.
