Morgan Akin is a veteran trial lawyer and co-owner of Akin & Tate, a firm established by his great-grandfather in 1836. He practices primarily in plaintiff’s personal injury, business and commercial litigation, estate litigation, and real estate litigation. He also represents landowners in eminent domain cases.
