Woian Phipps joined J.D. Silva & Associates in 2024 as an associate attorney. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2019 and earned his JD from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2023. He was a member of the Black Law Students Association and interned for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and a bankruptcy firm.
