She spent 28 years as a legal assistant working in various practice areas, including bankruptcy, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, and railroad defense. She has been a practicing paralegal for 2 years. Wynn holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and is a Certified Paralegal through NALA (The Paralegal Association).
