Mr. Markowitz began his career as an arbitrator, where he gained broad litigation experience and a refined ability to analyze complex legal issues. His thorough analysis, together with a distinctively creative approach, has been recognized in confirmed arbitration awards by courts throughout the United States. Although Mr. Markowitz was and still remains a skilled and highly sought-after arbitrator, he now focuses his extensive knowledge and experience on assisting those who have suffered injuries.
