Yuliya Lomsky was born in Belarus, raised in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her bachelor’s degree Cum Laude in Political Science from Stony Brook University in 2013. She attended Brooklyn Law School, earning her J.D. in 2018. She was admitted to the New York Bar in January 2019 and the Illinois State Bar in November 2019. She is a member of the Illinois and New York Bar Associations.
