About Zach
Zach Hathaway is an attorney at Sargent Law Firm, dedicated to helping injury victims rebuild their lives. Born in Seattle, Washington, and now raising his family in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Zach combines Northwest roots with a relentless drive to achieve results for his clients. Zach earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where he externed for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Before turning his focus to personal injury, he practiced business transactional law and estate planning, experience that now gives him a strategic edge in negotiation and case valuation. Zach chose personal injury law to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He takes pride in securing maximum settlements for his clients and holding insurance companies accountable. Licensed in both Idaho and California, Zach advocates for clients with integrity, skill, and genuine care. Outside the office, Zach enjoys fishing, camping, and board sports, cheering on the Seattle Sounders, perfecting his barbecue, and, most of all, spending time with his wife and two kids.
