About Zane

Zane Mitchell joined the firm as an Associate in September of 2025. His practice includes real estate litigation, construction litigation, premises liability, and municipal/governmental litigation. He is licensed in Alabama. Zane is a native of Franklin, Georgia, who graduated cum laude from the University of West Georgia, where he served as President of Tau Kappa Epsilon and President of the Interfraternity Council. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, Zane competed on the National Client Counseling, Mediation, and Negotiation Teams, representing Cumberland at the ABA National Negotiation Competition in 2024. He was President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Board and a member of the Student Bar Association, Air & Space Law Society, and Federalist Society.
