Our clients were seriously injured when they were hit head on by a motorhome. The driver simply hadn't maintained it properly and it was a true hazard on the road. We had to pursue witnesses and evidence across several states. Applying the language from the different insurance policies correctly and determining the correct sequence for making the claims were very important in getting the case filed in the proper jurisdiction and ultimately recovering the limits of each policy.
