Parking Lot Accident_San Mateo County Superior Court-- $1,500,000 Policy Limit Award Against Farmers Insurance_68-year old real estate agent had a low speed collision at an intersection of a Safeway parking lot. The property damage is only $2000. However, because the client had prior breast cancer radiation treatment which weakened her health, she developed hematoma (blood clot) in her left breast from the seatbelt injury which snowballed into multiple surgeries to her left breast that eventually required her to cut away her left breast. The damage is highly disputed by Farmers Insurance.
