Case Details

The defendant driver was stopped at a stop sign. Without looking, the driver pulled out into oncoming traffic causing a motor vehicle collision. Oncoming traffic hit the driver head-on. Our client was a passenger in the driver’s car. After multiple trips to the ER for chest pain resulting from the car accident, the ER finally X-rays the client’s chest and finds a broken sternum. By that point, part of the client’s lung had collapsed. The client was in excruciating pain, missed work, and had difficulty breathing.
