Case Details

Client was struck by a reckless elderly driver while pumping gas. The driver failed to maintain proper control of their vehicle and hit our client in what should have been a safe area at the gas station. We investigated the accident scene, gathered witness statements, and documented the driver’s negligent behavior that led to the collision.
