On June 29, 2020, our client was involved in a three-vehicle crash on Route 28 in Methuen, Massachusetts. She was stopped at a red light when her vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle, causing her car to be pushed into the vehicle in front of her. The impact was so severe that her vehicle was totaled.

Our client suffered multiple injuries, including pain in her chest, mid-back, right wrist, and left elbow, as well as neck and lower back pain. She was transported to the hospital by ambulance, where she was treated for her injuries. In the days following the crash, our client experienced additional symptoms, including lightheadedness, bilateral knee pain, and anxiety related to driving. Over time, she developed severe pain in her left hip, eventually diagnosed as osteoarthritis, which required multiple injections for pain relief.
