JOHN PAINTER v. SEAN AMIN. Plaintiff John J. Painter, an employee of a Bailey’s Heating and Air an HVAC maintenance company, was on a fixed roof access ladder when it fell off the side of the commercial building. Mr. Painter suffered severe injuries to his brain, right foot, and right hand, requiring three surgeries, including an ankle fusion in 2022. Plaintiff’s neuropsychologist expert later concluded that Mr. Painter had suffered a traumatic brain injury due to the fall. He and the defense neuropsychologist expert both also diagnosed Mr. Painter with PTSD. The defendant Sean Amin was sued for premises liability.
