Our client was out golfing when his friend was hit by a golf cart. The friend was hit so hard, he was forced into our client who broke his friend’s fall and our client landed several feet away, unable to get up. He sustained a fracture which put him in a wheelchair in addition to shoulder tears. Diagnostic testing revealed our client also reinjured his previous hip replacement and needed revision surgery immediately.
