$17,500 awarded to our client by homeowner’s insurance for dog attack and bites to the face. Our client and his girlfriend were walking their small dog not far from their home when they walked past a neighboring home. A pit bull began barking at them and charged the fence with such force that it came out under the fence and began attacking their small dog. As our client tried to protect his dog and girlfriend, the pitbull attacked him, biting the right side of his face, chin, right forearm, and left leg.
