Case Details

A 21-year-old man was a guest passenger in a vehicle that was struck by an impaired driver. Client underwent two knee surgeries. Defendant driver refused to give a breath sample to the police upon arrest. Mr. Hunt’s extensive training in the Standardized Field Sobriety Test established proof of impairment by deposition of the investigating officers. Establishing impairment exposed the impaired driver to punitive damages thereby increasing client’s overall recovery.
