A contractor was on a ladder outside a Tucson restaurant when a restaurant employee sprayed water around the base of the ladder. Soon after that occurred, the ladder fell and the contractor sustained serious injuries to his right arm, and a mild traumatic brain injury (TBI), or closed head injury (CHI).
