Our client was lifting a bag of rags when he injured his low back resulting in radicular pain down his right leg.

We were also able to secure additional funds for future medical treatment that was needed for both body parts. We also protected the client so that he could secure social security disability benefits by including certain language that would decrease the off-set that the Social Security Administration would take.
