Case Details
Workers compensation settlement at a mediation for a client whose left hand was crushed between a forklift and a die machine. This crush injury resulted in partial amputations to two of his fingers and also caused my client to have a neck injury due to the way his arm was grabbed and jolted by the forklift.
Additional Notes
The client also ended up having psychological issues which were also found to be compensable. We were able to resolve all factual and legal issues favorably for my client as all body parts were compensable. We also secured additional funds for his future medical needs, including prosthetics for his hand.
