Shortly after the outset of the global pandemic, our client, who was a passenger in a friend’s vehicle, was injured when her friend lost control and the vehicle slammed into a light pole. Finding it extremely difficult to obtain medical care on her own, Cohn & Swartzon assisted our client in obtaining much needed medical care when, except for emergency care, was nearly nonexistent. The case resolved for all available policy limits and we were able to help our client get back on her feet again.
