Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative, et al., a suit in which CVDL and two other out-of-state firms represented a class of Missouri landowners in a suit over trespassing commercial use of private property by a utility company. More than 4,000 current and former Missouri landowners are eligible for benefits from the settlement fund.
