Our 26 year old client was an EMT tending to a patient in the back of an ambulance driving to a rehabilitation facility when the defendant driver’s tire blew out causing him to lose control, and strike the ambulance, forcing it to veer off the highway and roll over multiple times. Our client sustained a severe herniated disc in his neck, eliminating his ability to return to work and pursue his firefighter career. After a six day trial against the defendant and our client’s own insurance carrier, we obtained a verdict that compensated our client for the life altering damages he had sustained and will continue to sustain for the rest of his life.
