Case Details

Plaintiff was smashed into by a truck that rear-ended him nearing the Toll Plaza on I-294 in the Southwest Chicago Suburbs. The collision propelled his vehicle across four traffic lanes and into the median. Our client was unconscious, was cut from the car and taken to the emergency room. He was in an induced coma for weeks and later had to recover his ability to use his hands and feet for daily activities. He has made a surprisingly-good recovery.
