The male client was legally crossing the street to watch his son’s baseball practice at the high school when he was struck by a bus. Our firm investigated the case and was able to demonstrate that the bus driver 'did not see' the pedestrian because he was not looking. Despite the bus driver’s assertion that the client darted out, witness interviews, depositions and accident reconstruction proved the driver’s negligence.
