Obtained a $4,050,000 settlement on behalf of our client, who suffered a tragic delay in diagnosis of lung cancer. The radiologist assigned to our client failed to identify an abnormal lesion on a CT scan, which would have been immediately diagnosed as Stage 1 Lung Cancer. 20 months later, the same radiologist interpreted another scan and identified the lesion, which by that time, had increased significantly in size. Our client now suffers from the pain and mental trauma of not being diagnosed in a timely manner and is now dealing with the treatment of Stage 4 cancer, with a shortened life expectancy.
