A High School Football player suffered a traumatic brain injury during a game. The Coach was aware of the player’s injury yet put him back in the game, even after he had complained of a headache. Only a few minutes, after his original complaint, the young man collapsed on the field. His coach’s judgment was grossly negligent, as this player should not have been put back into the game in the condition he was in. We obtained a 5.2 million dollar settlement for his injuries.
