McDaniels v. Solomon and Redwood Painting. Our client was injured on a motorcycle. The defense did not admit fault. Our client suffered a minor head injury, a two-level fusion of the neck, right shoulder, and right knee surgery. We retained a life care planner, brain injury life care planner, economist, and Neuropsychiatrist. All of the other experts were treating doctors who all agreed the accident caused the need for surgery and ongoing head injury symptoms. The case was settled at the settlement conference hearing. We claimed $240,000 in past medical specials, $1,300,000 in past and future wage loss, future medical care, and general damages for pain and suffering.
