Case Details

Our 25 year old client was driving home from the supermarket with her young child after a long day of work. Unfortunately, at that time, the defendant, who was in a rush to get home, carelessly and negligently turned in front of our client’s car and struck it without warning, causing it to swerve and then flip and roll multiple times resulting in our client suffering a severed spine and resulting paraplegia. Through constant work and diligent efforts, we were able to bring her case to trial and obtain a verdict for her that will help her care for herself and her child for the rest of her life.
