Our client was tragically killed while driving home due to a reckless police chase. The police were chasing a known and locatable burglar through three different counties instead of following their own procedure of standing down and arresting him at a later time. The chase ended when the burglar ran into a motorcyclist and then our client's vehicle, causing our client's vehicle to explode, killing him.
