Our client and our other clients' two beloved sons were riding as passengers in a small pickup truck that was driving on a highway toward work. There was a broken down 18 wheeler partially in their lane of travel without adequate warning devices notifying the driver of the danger ahead. The 18 wheeler was broken down as a result of an inadequate and undersized trailer hitch that malfunctioned. The pickup truck slammed into the rear of the trailer in their lane of travel killing two and seriously injuring the other. The necessary resources were utilized to prosecute the case to the maximum.
