Philadelphia jury ordered Johnson & Johnson unit Janssen Pharmaceuticals to pay $70 million to the family of a young Tennessee boy Andrew Yount who developed female breasts (gynecomastia) after using Risperdal. Janssen failed to warn about risks and misrepresented scientific evidence.
