In Nassau County, on Hillside Avenue in Williston Park, a 19 year old man drove his car into oncoming traffic and then woke up and pulled back into the left lane in time to rear end a 48 year old part-time female account clerk. As a result of the accident, our client suffered a tear of the TFCC in the wrist, which required a right cubital tunnel release, along with neck and lower back herniations and nerve damage which required a double level cervical fusion.
