Our 60-year-old client was walking into movie theater in Sunrise with his wife when he suddenly and unexpectedly slipped and fell on a slippery walkway causing him to injure his shoulder. His shoulder injury was so severe that he was forced to undergo surgery and missed substantial time from work. Following the movie theater denying liability, we filed a lawsuit on our client’s behalf and were able to force the insurance company for the plaza to a mediated settlement that properly compensated our client for the pain and suffering endured as well as the loss of earnings incurred.
